New Year greetings to you, from the global CES convenor Tim jenkins, and his programmer team.
Let's hope 2017 is the year when the 'alternative economy' takes off!
You may already have noticed the changes we have made to the different ways of logging in to the CES site, but in case you haven't I'm listing them below.
1. Log In
You can now log into your account using your email address instead of your account number.
2. Lost or forgotten account details
Click on "Forgotten your account details?" at the login box. You can then find your account by entering your name, account number or email address.
When the system finds your account, you can then request it to reset your password.
Passwords reset this way need to have at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and one number. It must also be 8 characters or more.
A hint about passwords:
One way to make a secure password is to use a short sentence as the password. A sentence is often easier to remember, and at the same time harder for hackers to crack, than a single word password.
